1. Introduction

1.1 This End User Agreement is between you (“User”, “Traveler”) and BS Technologies PLC (“ADRASH”, “Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the ADRASH Application, Web Portal, or Call Center, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2 Scope of Service: ADRASH provides a technology platform that enables users to book and schedule intercity transportation with independent third-party providers (“Drivers”).

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 Age: You must be 18 years or older. Minors (14+) may use the service only if accompanied by an adult account holder.

2.2 Identity (Fayda Integration): To enhance intercity safety, ADRASH requires you to link your account to your Fayda (National ID). You agree to provide true and accurate information.

2.3 Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. If your phone or account is compromised, you must notify us immediately.

3. Intercity Booking & “Virtual Station” Rules

3.1 Pickup System: Unlike urban taxis, ADRASH operates on a “Pickup Location” system. You agree to be at the designated digital pickup point 20 minutes before the scheduled departure. The Driver will not wait any second, Make sure you arrive before 20 mins.

3.2 Missed Trips: If you are not at the pickup point at the scheduled time, the vehicle will depart to maintain the schedule for other passengers. No refunds will be issued for “No-Shows.”

3.3 Route: Trips are strictly intercity (e.g., Addis Ababa to Adama). Drivers are prohibited from making unscheduled “roadside” stops for non-app users.

4. Services & Liability

4.1 By using the Application or the Service, You further agree that:

• You will only use the Service or download the Application for Your sole, personal use and will not resell or assign it to a third party;
• You will not use an account that is subject to any rights of a person other than You without appropriate authorization;
• You will not use the Service or Site for unlawful purposes;
• You will not try to harm the Service, Site or our network in any way whatsoever;
• You will provide ADRASH with such information and documents which ADRASH may reasonably request;
• You will only use an authorized network to avail the Service;
• You are aware that when requesting Services, whether by message, via Site or calling the call center of ADRASH, standard messaging charges, data charges, voice charges, as applicable, of Your and Our phone network service providers, will apply;
• ADRASH is not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Independent Third-Party Drivers.

4.2 ADRASH will store the information provided by you or record your calls for contacting you for all Service related matters.

4.3 ADRASH shall provide information regarding services, discounts and promotions provided by ADRASH to You by way of an SMS or email to your registered mobile number/registered email ID.

4.4 ADRASH WILL BE ENTITLED TO PROCESS AND TRANSFER YOUR INFORMATION AS AND WHEN IT DEEMS FIT AND IT MAY STORE.

4.5 You agree and permit ADRASH to share any information provided by you with third parties in order to facilitate provision of certain value-added services offered by such third parties to you and/or to provide certain value-added services to you by ADRASH.

4.6 In the event of breakdown of the Vehicle, which is beyond repair, before completion of the Travel, ADRASH on a best effort basis and at its sole discretion may arrange for a Substitute Vehicle for completion of Your Ride to Your destination. However, the arrangement of Substitute Vehicle shall be subject to its availability. ADRASH is not obligated to provide substitution.

4.8 ADRASH bears no responsibility and liability for delays and losses suffered by you or caused to you as a consequence of the breakdown of the Vehicle.

5. Payments & Financial Terms

5.1 Commission: ADRASH charges a 10% service fee (commission) which is included in the fare displayed on the app.

5.2 Cashless Preferred: You agree to pay via telebirr, Mobile Banking, or other integrated digital wallets.

5.3 Fixed Pricing: Fares are set by the platform based on current tariffs. Drivers are not permitted to negotiate or request additional “cash on top” of the app price.

6. User Guidelines (Code of Conduct)

6.1 Treat everyone with respect. The actions you take while using the ADRASH Platform can have a big impact on the safety and comfort of others; Courtesy matters; always be ahead of time for your ADRASH;

It’s also common courtesy not to shout, swear or slam doors;

Hurting or intending to hurt anyone is never allowed;

Sexual assault and sexual misconduct of any kind is prohibited (Sexual assault and misconduct refers to sexual contact or behavior without explicit consent of the other person);

Don’t use language, make gestures, or take actions that could be disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate;

Damaging property is never allowed. Some examples include damaging the car or other mode of transportation, intentionally spilling food or drink, smoking in a car, damaging a merchant’s premises, or vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption or otherwise. If you damage property, you’re responsible for the cost of cleaning and repair fees, outside of normal wear and tear;

Using the ADRASH Platform to commit any crime such as transporting drugs, money laundering, committing drug or human trafficking, or sexually exploiting children or to violate any other law or regulation is strictly prohibited.

Your password protects your user account, and you are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and secure.

7. Customer Support

For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please submit your questions to our Customer Service department using the Customer Service Call Center Number.

8. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

8.1 The Agreements (and any non-contractual disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) are subject to the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles.

8.2 You and ADRASH agree to the jurisdiction of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Federal Courts to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy that relates to or arises in connection with the Agreements.

9. Privacy & Data Rights

By using ADRASH, you grant us the right to:

• Track Location: To monitor trip progress and ensure safety.
• National ID Access: To verify your identity via the Fayda system.
• Communication: To send you SMS/text alerts regarding your booking status and receipts.

10. Termination

ADRASH reserves the right to terminate this agreement and block your access immediately if:

• You attempt to bypass the app and pay the driver directly;
• You provide false identity information;
• You receive consistently negative feedback from drivers.

1. Real-Time Location Tracking

To monitor trip progress, verify passenger boarding, and ensure the safety of our intercity travel routes, ADRASH collects and tracks real-time GPS location during active trips. For drivers, location, speed, and braking patterns are monitored for safety auditing.

2. Identity Verification (Fayda Integration)

In compliance with Digital Ethiopia 2030, ADRASH requires both travelers and drivers to link accounts with Fayda (National ID) to verify identity. BS Technologies PLC reserves the right to use biometric facial recognition on the Driver App to verify drivers at the start of each trip.

3. Communication & Alerts

By using ADRASH, you consent to store your phone number and email for service-related matters. The system will send SMS text notifications for booking status updates, instant QR tickets, and receipts. Calls to our customer service call center may be recorded for support auditing and contact purposes.

4. Data Confidentiality & Post-Trip Rules

Driver partners are strictly bound to keep travelers' personal data (such as name and phone number) confidential and are prohibited from utilizing this information for any purpose other than fulfilling the specific trip. All communication between drivers and travelers must cease after the trip, with the exception of returning lost items via official support channels.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

You permit ADRASH to store, process, and transfer your details to facilitate transactions, and to share information with verified third parties for value-added services. Fares and digital payments are settled securely via integrated cashless wallets (telebirr, Mobile Banking).
